PSA Total Blood Test

The PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) Total blood test measures the levels of PSA in the bloodstream. PSA is a protein produced by the prostate gland, and its levels can be used as a marker for prostate health. Elevated levels of PSA may indicate prostate conditions such as prostate cancer, prostatitis (inflammation of the prostate), or benign prostatic hyperplasia (enlargement of the prostate).
