How it works
1. You Book An Appointment
Choose when you want a specialist to come to your home, or visit one of our patient service centers. We offer both mobile services and in-center options to cater to your preferences. Please be aware that a lab order is necessary to book an appointment for blood draw services.
2. We Collect Your Sample
After scheduling your appointment, our staff will collect your lab samples and will transport them to your chosen lab. Rest assured, our specialists will handle your samples with care and ensure prompt delivery.
3. Receiving Your Lab Results
After we collect and transport your lab samples to your preferred lab, your healthcare provider will be notified when your results are ready. If you haven't received your test results within a week after your appointment, we advise consulting with your doctor for further guidance. Please note, we solely process COVID, Flu, and RSV tests. For other lab tests, our trusted lab partners take care of the process to ensure accurate and timely results.

Mobile Service Requirements
To ensure a smooth process, please be prepared to provide a lab order when booking blood draw services. A lab order contains specific instructions for the laboratory to conduct the necessary tests on your collected sample, ensuring accurate results and allowing your healthcare provider to evaluate your health status and plan appropriate treatments.
